Why does the Nail Polish Color separate? 

Nail Polish colors can separate, it's natural because the ingredients in the polish are not all the same density.   Instead of shaking it, you should roll your nail polish bottle between your palms by keeping it upside down so that all the ingredients can mix well. 

 

******TIP - Shaking the nail polish bottle prior to application forms small bubbles in the polish formula which then transfer air bubbles to your nails.
